Delete your parent account

Deleting your parent account permanently removes from our server:

• Your account: your email address, your name and your password.
• Every child profile you added.
• Every linked phone, and everything stored with them: pairing codes, extra minutes you sent, lesson results and progress.

This cannot be undone. Linked phones are signed out the next time they connect.

What is saved on the phone itself stays there until you delete it: open PadhPlay → Settings → Delete data on this phone, or uninstall PadhPlay.

Cannot sign in? Email support@gpmstech.com from your account email and we will delete it.
